rippedradio,
cool just try to keep modulation under 100% and place a few of those snap on ferrite chokes around the coax rite were it hooks up to the antenna and this will help keep you out of your neighbors electronics as bad as well as being Qrp.

hope it works out bullet

thats great i didnt know copper carried them!

i got mine at rf parts, as you know with them thiers a 25 dollar minimum purches order.so if copper has them id get them here.also radio shack has them as well.

they act as a rf choke and help keep rf from traviling on the shield of the coax.this is also known as a curant balun. and will help with tvi problems.
as will a proper ground plan for your antenna. i know your trying to stay covert with this antenna but maybe you can take a spade and
slice 6-8 9ft lines into the ground going from the antenna and lay copper wire in the trenches and conect them to the sleve of the antron.
(just and idea) im sure it would help some but how much im not sure.

maybe some others have a good idea for this?

if your neighbors were more friendly you could provide them with some rf chokes to put on thier equipment to keep it from being affected by your radio gear. but that would most likely not work in your case as this would confurm your radio use to them.

tuff deal goodluck
