Taz,

Call them or post a note in the Customer Service Area. They will see it much quicker.

738,

Who or where did you e-mail to?

Copper also has a 800 number to call for order's if your internet order does not go thru.

1-800-626-6343

I checked the Customer service area of the Forum here and did not see any post's from you on this problem.

One thing I did Notice was that both you and Taz are both useing cox.net as your server.

If he had problems with his fire wall, you may have the same problems with your server / firewall.

If anyone should have any problems with placing an order, PLEASE go to the Customer Service Area here in the Forum and post a note.

Or call the 1-800-626-6343 and ask for Customer Service.

If we do not know of a problem we cannot help you with the problem.

I apologize for any problem's you or anyone on the Forum may of had placeing an order.

I don't remember exactly, I e-mailed what ever contact was on the page that had the Top One antenna or did a cut and paste with the e-mail address from your site and sent a exact copy of the error I got. As far as firewalls I use ZoneAlarm and don't see how that would change anything but I'm no expert in the Web ordering field. I'm not going to turn it off that for sure I get probed constantly on this cable conection not to mention all the spy ware trying to act as a server! I have been running it for years and have not had any type of problems ordering stuff? Will try again next time, but I won't call! I don't like talking on the phone silly I know but what can I sayJ

Here did it again:

Error!

See still can't order, went to the Top One antenna put in qty.1 and clicked order and that was what I got again!

Update, I did some testing. I momentarly shut down ZoneAlarm and then ordering worked, so that's what you guys need to work on. What I did see and did not like was that there was no shipping price information on the order form it wants credit card information without me seeing what the shipping price will be so I would not have ordered anyway. I never like putting in such information until I know what I'm paying for been stuck in those no way back traps before! (Not to say yours works that way.) Need a way to find out how much it costs to ship before commiting order sometimes it's nice to be able to adjust a order to be cost effective. Is there a way to do that? Hope this helps.

738,

YES, there is a way to adjust a order to be cost effective.

One quick/free call can get you all of the information you requested.

They will give you the Total and Shipping charges and take your credit card over the phone.

It's strange I know. Guess it's because I grew up poor we never had a phone, then getting married young at 18 and all the bill collectors calling! Well been married 25 years this October and all is well but still jump when the phone rings (flash backs, ha., ha.) don't like phones and being put on hold. Like to plan my buy's too. Click on something and it's out of stock you just take your time and re-think the plan, but on the phone they catch you by surprize and bingo get stuck with something you did not really want, etc.
