Are there any companies that make handheld cb's with the long telescoping antennas anymore?

I once had (ten years ago)a Midland 40 CH. that had a telescoping antenna that was well over 3 feet long when extended. This is no exageration,... a friend of mine was talking on it while down on the river and I was in my mobile approx. 5 miles away, and he came in clear loud and clear.

For a handheld, I was impressed. I have looked and can not find anything close to it.
