I have read many messages in the last few days where reference was made to spelling. I did not know, and I thought some forum members may be interested in knowing, that if you click on edit profile and go to preferences you can click a option to spell check your post before sending. kattracker |

In my case its so much spelling than typing that needs checking. Doesn't help that the cat likes to sit so that I have a hard job seeing both the keyboard and the screen.. |

well, if I mis spell a word every now and then, it is just a simple mistake, nothing to get alarmed about... the only areas it really matters ( to me ) is : i e.... typing in LP - 259 in stead of pl - 259 or a model number of a rig or an antenna or a special part # ...you know, the IMPORTANT stuff... so let us go easy on each other about our typing and spelling mistakes, since all of us arent sitting in front of a key board for hours at a time other wise than right here in this forum... kindness and politeness is contagious ( wish I had a smiley face to put here, some one with that as an option in their system can put one in their post to take the real place of my "imitation smiley face". ) |
