the top section of my i max 2000 broke in half..is there a replacement for it or do i have to buy a new antenna?..thanks |

You can substitute a 102" fiberglass mobile whip. |

The antenna is only about 5 months old.it broke right where the top section goes into the second section.it broke when i had to take it down the top hit a tree branch and broke it.where can i get a 102" fiberglass mobie whip?i have a 102" steel whip would that work just as good? |

I'd give a call to Solarcon and describe to them the age and what happened, they often will send you a replacement top section free. |

hey guess what i put the 102" steel whip for the top section of my i max 2000 and it works just as good.hahaha...very cool thanks guys! |
