The Amateur Radio Association of the Southern Tier will be holding thier 28th annual hamfest Saturday September 27 at the Chemung County Fairgrounds in Horseheads NY.Opening time has been changed this year to 8:00 am with gates opening for vendors at 7:00.Talk-in is on 146.70 - and 444.200+.Admission is still $5, I think, and tailgating is free.This is one of the best hamfest in NY with dealer displays,a very large flea market,VE testing, a fox hunt and great doors prizes.

#403 Ted & #725 Ken will be there.Hope weather is better than last year. This is a great hamfest for anybody in central New York.
