Anyone have the wiring combination for this setup? I did a search and didn't hit anything.

PIN #1 ~ WHITE
PIN #2 ~ SHIELD
PIN #3 ~ BLACK
PIN #4 ~ RED
PIN #5 ~ BLUE
Yellow N/C
