I hope that is a picture of a roofer and the way he got his materials ONLY up to the roof. I'm sure the people had a different route... :)

Still.... sure could have used that when I put my antenna up.....

I'd say "give that guy a raise" for using his head for something other than a hatrack,then 3 days for safety violations.
