Does anyone know if PL259 can be used on this coax?

Yes You just need to use a UG-176 reducer same as mini 8.

Good coax! Just don't kink it or overheat it.

I like to use crimp/solder connectors on foam core cable. This way the shield is crimped keeping the integrity of the coax's core but the contact is soldered to the center conductor.

I install N's, TNC's and SMA's on this coax regularly and test them on a network analyzer and this method is the best, by far, for this type of coax.

I'll be glad to send you some shrink tubing with printing errors for good luck if you decide to install crimp/solder connectors.
