From the Copper Forum Rules listed to the left of this area right under Forum Membership.
"Posting in Correct Section
Please create posts in the forum section best suited for them."
If you have a question on Radios post it under Radios.
If you have question on Amplifiers post it under Amplifiers.
If you have a question on Antennas post it under Antennas.
Help us to help you better by posting your question's and comment's & advice on various products in the correct catagory.

I have a remedy for this problem.
Since people insist on posting technical (Radio-Amp-Antenna) questions in this section and other members continue to answer them, why don't you just scrap the original question and refuse to post it.
Or, if that doesn't work, get rid of the other sections and just keep this one. I'm sure the other members wouldn't mind since many of them won't assist you and the other moderators in keeping our forum in order.
Just my thoughts.

Well, I will keep posting the notice in the Open Section untill Jan 1st, 2004 to help remind Forum Members of where they should post their question's.
The Forunnaster has went to a lot of trouble to set this Forum up for the Member's to make it easy to find Question's and Answer's.
Right now it is hard for the Techs as well as the Member's to Find and Answer Question's when they are thrown into about every Section of the Forum including the Open Section.
I guess the easiest way is for Forum Member's to get used to useing and posting in the Correct Section for their Question.
The Open Section is pretty much for any question or comment's that are NOT Covered in any other area / section of the Forum.
Just my thought's

I understand your frustrations on the wrong area postings. Since so many are HAMS, maybe you can post this announcement in code. LOL,,,JK. |

OK, as it appears many of you wish to post in the OPEN Section then Please continue to do so.
The OPEN Section will remain OPEN for any and all question's.
We "strongly request" that you post in the designated areas to help users find answers in the future.
