Mike,
It will run all day long at the advertised power. They will do a tad more maybe 70w PEP if they are tuned CORRECTLY without a lot of trouble. Real World - the extra 20w won't be noticable on the other end period. That's not to say that mine are "stock". I highly recommend 307 for his work on these radios. I am sure that there are others capable here too...it's just a matter of "seeing is believing". A word of caution, (and there are other posts dealing with this) the Golden Screwdriver has no place inside these radios! They will sound like $h!+ unless set up with the proper equipment. Whistling into a mod/power meter doesn't count LOL. I love both of mine. Karatebutcher,Cactusjack and I'm sure other's will tell you the same. This week-end I talked to a station from my mobile. He was still on the air a couple of hours later when I got home. Running 3 times the power and an IMAX2000 he told me that I was a "little louder" on the base.
Moral of the story - clean & clear gets the compliment every time. 73's - 340Ark

Mikeforms they are a really good radio, and you do not need an amp when conditions are in, if you do want one get the Texas Star 1200 or the sweet sixteen to handle the input.

I agree with with the clean and clear comment completely. The Galaxy 93T just seems to have every practical thing you could want in a radio especially with a few more watts and the twin fans! If I buy another unit I'm leaning strongly toward this radio. If I buy it, you can bet I'll let Copper Techs do the work. They are tops in my book.
