Forum Members,

Please check out the "New" 12 Band Frequency Chart the Forummaster has added to the Copper Forum.

It is Located in the "Tools" area to the left of the forum here and right under Mic Wiring.

We hope this will be of help to those of you who do not have a Frequency Counter or, are New to all of the Extra Channels that the Newer Radio's have to offer.

Thank You, Forummaster for posting this Frequency Chart, for the Forum Member's.

Is Anyone else unable to see it / bring it up?

Tech808,

Dodgeman is using AOL. Which from your experience caches web pages and updates them at their discretion. Dodgeman won't be able to see the changes until AOL updates again even if he refreshes.

Yep, AOL does that with all webpages except news of course.

Good job Tech808.

One thing, however. Would it be easy for you to highlight the freq's on the chart which fall in the 10 and 12 meter bands like you did the CB freq's? Some folks may have no idea and would find it heplful and even interesting.

Znut,

The 10 Meter Band covers:

28.000 to 29.700

Note: 28.000 to 28.300 is for CW, RTTY, and Data use only.

The 12 Meter Band covers:

24.890 to 24.990

Note: 24.890 to 24.930 is for CW, RTTY and Data use only.

Hope this helps.

Dodgeman, and others that cannot see it.

E-mail me at my address listed in my profile and I will be happy to e-mail you a copy.

Another suggestion is try Internet Explorer to open the Copper Main page at: www.copperelectronics.com, click on Forum and see if it will allow you to see it and print it that way.

That is why I switched from AOL becuase I got tired of having to use three different services to see everything. AOL, IE, Outlook Express it was a nitemare.

Thanks

Lon

Well, respectfully, I have had a band plan poster in my shack since I got my license. I just like how you highlighted the CB band on that chart and made the suggestion because others newer to the CB hobby who have aquired radios like the Rangers and Connex's which not only can cover 10 and 11 meters but all the way down to almost 24 mhz may like to know where to listen to 10 and 12 meter hams (as well as avoid transmitting.)

Just a freindly note.
