The last 3 auctions on EBAY for "Unused" Old style Cobra 148 GTLs ended up selling for over $250..........Untested and "Sold as is".
I went through Copper's CB radio list on there website and found the Texas Ranger TR296 selling for $135.00...........same doggone radio as the older style 148 at 1/2 the price with a warranty.
Do these Ebay bidders have more money than they have brains..........go figure. |

ebay and yahoo auctions are fine if you know what you are doing. if i bid on something i figure what its worth and dont go any higher,i won an auction on yahoo for a trc431 base station guranteed not to be doa,when it arrived the mic was dead had to replace it when i told the seller about this the reply was it was okayed when shipped, i guess it died durind transit,i never could get that mic to work,i never want another
realastic power mic the batterys for them things cost $18.00
