Well how did your part one of the holidays go, all went well here, first the son wanted to fry the turkey in one of those tube like machines filled with instant heart attack, not to say it only took 1 hour and a have to cook, 20 minutes to chip all the hard crust off, the son and brother in law got drunk, they were the cooks, a half gallon of oil all over my nice brick patio, 3 hours to clean up. They all went to Motels over night, left my Mother and her brother here to spend the night, both over 85, they sat there till late in the evening watching cartoons on the big screen. They were all back here at 8 am. then they finally left. Some where at some time at the airport Mom got lost, to find out she was on her way to BOSINA , AND WOULD BE BACK IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS |

Wonderful, wonderful. Everyone in my family is doing well. We had more than enough to eat. A big bonus was watching all the good football games and most of them turning out the way I wanted. Go Ole Miss Rebels! I've also enjoyed some good CB talking. With the hunting season, seems that the channels are hopping much more now. The more the merrier (to a point). God continues to bless us more than we know. |

Hey Buck. IF you are going to FRY a turkey, PLEASE have a fire extinquisher right there where you can pick it up. TTTTTTTTOOOOOOOOOOO many people have burned part of their house down, because something went WRONG! As a foodservice industry pro for 29 years, I can tell you, watching fires while I am in a kitchen trying to make a sales call is tough. And no, you don't get to close the sale! DON'T fry on a wood deck. If it catches fire, look out sir. Have a great time using safety to prepare that bird, and you and family and friends will be happy campers. Keith in Atlanta |
