Hey you all! I got out of the hospital today (about 6p Ohio time). I am good arm is good cast will come off in about 4 more weeks. Ribs are sore but not to bad. They fixed my head up and told me the scar wont be too bad , sorta like Frankenstien,. Now the really good part, the drunk that hit me , it was his 5th thats right 5th DUI in 3 years!! No license and no insurance. My younger brother wanted to go whup up on him and I told him to wait till I could help, no just joking. So now you guys and gals have to put up with me again. Oh and thanks for all the well wishes!! Radiodude CEF 123 |

Glad to hear you're out. Hospitals are no fun. As for the drunk, hopefully he'll be spending plenty of time behind bars instead of in them. |

Oh another attempted manslaughter, If he's drunk and operating a motor vehicle he's trying to kill someone. Thats one reason I like oregon "Mandatory sentencing". |

Michigan has the 3 strike law,1st offense:1500$ fine,6 month in jail,1 1/2 years pro.;2nd offense:loss of liscence 5 yrs.11 1/2 month jail,6 month comm.service,3000$ fine, loss of liscence plate 1 year;3rd offense:25 years to life in state prison, unless there is mittigating circumstances. If you are diagnosed as alcoholic or a drug addict then federal law takes over, court ordered AA,weekly community mental health visits, possible incarseration in an adult foster care facility;no car,no responsibilities and what ever drug treatment program the psych.deems nessessary. Most of the foster care residents in my area are wet-brained alcoholics or addicts, very few retarded adults and alcoholics serving their sentences. My community is 1500 strong, and we have 25 adult foster care homes with an average of 8 residents per, most of whom wander aimlessly around town.I had some fun with this one guy,he was on lithium;chemical lobotomy,I told him to jump in the lake,he did so,then I told him to swim across the lake and back and he did, then I told him to go home and dry off and he did that too,man lithium can be fun.Bigbob |

Good to see you back... At one time in my life I tried to drink the brewery dry untill I found out they were running 24/7. Kept them busy didn't I?. Luckly I never injuried any one or myself. Been dry for 4 years now and proud of it. |

Update!! The drunk that hit me WALKED again!! He got out on bail and has disappeared!! I found out that 5 yrs ago he was in another accident while drunk, killed a 22 yr old mother and her two kids. He left the scene on foot befor the police got there so they couldnt prove he was drunk at the time of the wreck. He got 2yrs probation thats right 2 years!! I have decieded that if I find him he will not go free for a long time |
