Copper Fan,

Be careful what you ask for....

I ordered items from Copper via UPS took 48 hours....

I ordered items from EEI via FedEx and it took 10 days...

UPS has served me well and yes they do make mistakes just like the rest of us.FedEx has left packages on my front door step in pouring down rain ,I get home and find brand new radio soaking wet .They have also left packages that needed a signature that I never got ,probably picked up by someone walking by.I'll take the lesser of the two evils.

My best luck has been with the regular old postal service.

UPS: What do you expect from a company who's name is pronounced like 'oops'???? They proudly display their 'oops' policy on every truck and employee!!
