FreeBird:

I also have this COPPER KL-500 amp, and have asked the same question.... NO RESPONSE? I have not opened it up yet, so do not know what type of fuses it takes. I'm watching to see if anyone answers this. :(

Call Copper 1-800-626-6343 and they should have the fuses on hand and know which one's the 500 uses.

Or if you have an Old Fuse to look at you can go to Any Auto Part's store or Wal-mart, or Radio Shack and pick a pack them up.

Generally less than $2.00 for a pack of 5.

Hope this help's

Now it sounds like someone put smaller 10 amp fuses in there rather than the 12 Amp fuses it calls for.

Maybe they could not find the right 12 Amp Fuses

I'm sorry it took so long but we finally have some of the fuses in for the KLV amps. They are listed below.

2 Amp Fuse replaces KLV200 and KLV250 fuse

5 Amp Fuse replaces KL40 and KL60 fuse

12 Amp Fuse replaces KL200P, KL203, KL300P, KL400 and KL500 fuse

Freebird,

You mentioned that you "SENT" your order in!

If it was sent by US Postal (SNAIL MAIL)

The chances are with Christmas only 8 days away your order has not evevn arrived at Copper yet.

The BEST PLACE to place an ORDER QUESTION is in the CUSTOMER SERVICE area of the Forum.

Or Call 1-800-626-6343 and ask for CUSTOMER SERVICE Betwen 9am and 5pm (KY time) monday thru friday to check on your order.

Also with Christmas so close the UPS Shipping is also SWAMPED and it will take Longer to arrive to you.

Hope this help's.
