TIME IS MOVING FAST AND CHRISTMAS IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER. EXPLAIN WHAT RADIO YOU WOULD BUY AND WHY..... OR MAYBE ANOTHER RADIO. IT HAS TO HAVE SIDEBAND...

The link below will let you see all of them.

All you have to do is click on any radio you want more information on.

http://www.copperelectronics.com/cgi-bin/product_display.cgi?categories=RADIOS-10+METER

Also if you look to the left of the Forum here and scroll down to the bottom you will see: Copper's Main Page.

And you can search for any product Copper carries.

Hope this helps.

Man that 95T looks like an awsome radio....But the price is a little steep for me for just a 10 meter radio....If I were going to spend that kind of money I would go with ah HF rig. Now....if you want a great little radio that is worth its weight in gold, check out the Mag 257. I would take it over the 2950 and I would take a Lincoln over the Mag 257...Again you are getting up there in price. The omegaforce sounds awsome...I finally heard one the other day. I personally own two Titan II(Mag 257 baby brother) and a Lincoln. Both are great radios and both do extremely well on sideband

I have never owned a galaxy. I own a 2950DX( excellent radio). I also have owned several Magnum 257s.
The Magnum is a great little radio for the price, they have a lot of good features.I would recommend a 257 to anyone.I received many good reports while using the Magnums.

Fox could you answer a few questions do you use a amp, and how close are your neighbors.
Best bet for the money if you live in town or ever expect to use a little amp is a 2950 but I have to agree with buck hard to beat those lincolns. If you remember the uniden hr2510 radio it very similiar. You got some good choices to chose from I liked all of them.

I have a amp. It is a Afterburner PLUS it is pushing 200Watts and I really try not to use it because I go over the neighbors telephone,TV,Internet and spekers.

Sounds like you need good clean modulation. Variable wattage contol features would be must for you. I'd go with the Galaxy 95T hands down provided it does have variable power controls. You may pay a little more for the best but you will have no regrets. $399 is cheaper than the 93T. If you get this radio you won't need a 200 watt linear. Just my thoughts. If I was buying another mobile I'd likely choose the Galaxy 93T, 95T over the Lincoln I have. And the Lincoln is like...like the Elvis of mobiles--if you know what I mean; so, you don't pass it over without giving it a lot of thought. It appears to be the standard by which all the other mobiles are measured. Decisions, decisions. Get what is right for you.
