While visiting my Mother in law at the rest home Saturday, we took a large cake and a lot of Ice cream with us for the people there, and they announced cake and ice cream in the dinner room, you never saw so many seniors wheeling into that room so fast, they came from no where,with their own SPOONES, While they were eating their treat and I was washing the ice Cream off myself from serving, in comes a church group of 10 people, they were giving out gifts to the Seniors, and wouldn"t you know it a 12 year old PUNK KID walked up to me and gave me a wraped gift, well let me tell you this, First thing I thought of was that Darn First Sargant set me up, but any way the shirt didn"t fit, but I saw one I liked and next Sat. I am going back to make a trade, so there

IT IS NOT MY FAULT THAT YOU LOOK SO DARNED OLD!
You do know that they make that stuff called: (JUST FOR MEN to put on their Beards.)
But, I guess you would be the first to ask for the 5 GALLON size!
I guess I will have to change your Nick Name to "Gentle Ben", the SNOW WHITE BEAR from CA!
I took our grand kids to see Snow White and our grandson said Hey Grandma is there really little people like the 7 Dwarf's and I said Sure, Dopey moved to CA and changed his name to KB as he is getting older and forgot how to spell his name so now he works at Disneyland and goes by the name GOOFY!
Now he want's to go see you in Person

Well for me I feel very old after a long week of sitting behind the wheel of my tractor/trailer,putting up with all the traffic,dispatchers,shippers and recievers. But then when I get home and finally get to relax with my beautiful wife and play with our cat,and read a letter from my daughter who has just finished boot camp then I relize I am not as old as I feel.

I'll be old when I stop racing motor cars and looking at pretty women. Hey I'm lucky I have a wife that understands the last one but she's not too sure about the first.
BTW my dad (now 73) played soccer until he was 71 and was asked to come out of retirement last winter (in Australia). |
