I need the schematics and technical data on this radio ie: GEMTRONICS GTX 5000. if anyone can tell me where to find this info or has it and would e-mail it to me I would appreciate it greatly.

Isn't the gemtronix the same as the old robin and teaberry? Describe it to me tube and transistor set right?

Correct Crafter. It is a tube radio. Comptech, not sure where the schematics can be found. I've done some searches on this radio before and came up with jack squat. Maybe you might have better luck. I acquired 1 of these radios some time ago. I've been told it has nice audio. The reciever is pretty decent. It still works good, but it doesn't get used much. Too bad it's only an am'er. I haven't seen many of these sets around. Good luck with your search!

The Gemtronics 5000 is the same radio as the Robin T240D and the Teaberry Model T. They used a PLL, and was easy to expend, they used the "M" expo kit.

I Have a Robyn T 240D and the receiver is almost dead... Anyone know how to fix this?
