If it's a Rohn tower, buy a new bottom section of your choice. Or, weld the base like I did with mine. It was cracked like me... What is the panic? Am I missing something?? |

If the threads are broke off(this happened to me w/108 whip),take it to a machine shop and have them bore out the threads and put a piece of 3/8x24 rod locktited in,or if it's broke above that take it to a welder who uses a mig/tig welder he'll fix you right up,you'll have discoloration from the heat but you'll be back on the air.Bigbob P.S. use stainless threaded rod. |
