I have a President Jackson that was made in Belgium in the early 80's or late 70's and no longer have the 3 holed flat power connector. Does anyone know which connector will fit? The radio has been tuned. I think the output is about 40 on the AM side.

I have never met anyone else that has a President Jackson. Does anyone else out there own one too? If so, what do you think?

Unless its been changed, I believe the cobra/galaxy power cord will work. I had several of the silver faced Jacksons, they came out in the early 1980s, ran the same final as the 2510. It was a good AM radio, but not as good as the 2510 on sideband, the receive on the Jackson would overload on a strong signal on sideband. Lots of them are still being used. They later came out with a black faced Jackson, but it was not as good as the older one. scrapiron

Hay chugalug;
just go to the local truck stop and get a regular three hole plug that fits a cobra uniden
etc . thats what I did and some times they"ll have whats called a heavy duty one with bigger
wire on it ,get that one because I did that so I can use a quick disconect two prong plug that only goes one way (to keep from crossing the wires ) I've had my Jackson for about 15-20 years or so .and the wire size that I use is about 14ga.and works great just hook up your power cable to the battary.

PS. that is if the truck has a cb radio stuff.
