whats a good upgrade for mj2955 pnp 15 amp trans.I got five that get very warm with 40 amps draw.

Changing transistors will not change the AMOUNT of heat that they throw, just the amount of heat they are RATED to throw.

The best upgrade for this problem is a fan on the heat sink.
