Please Remember when you Post a Question to the Customer Service Area, That the Customer Service People ONLY work Monday thru Friday's 9am to 5pm KY, time.
If you post a Question to Customer Service on Shipping Charges or Products after 5pm Friday you will have to wait till Monday to get a reply to your Question.

Hi Team,
Lon thanks for the timely reminder.In my case the wait is till my Tuesday/your Monday.Also at this time of the year those hard working Customer Service people need all the rest they can get.
