Let"s see a raise of hands as to who is going to be on the radio this Sunday or watching the Super Bowl, and if so name your snacks of the day, and do you wear anything special when friends come over to watch the game. |

Will be on the CEF Net and IN the Copper Chat Room.
Last Sunday was still making contacts and in the CHAT ROOM till 8pm CDT.
NO PACKERS NO SUPERBOWL!
Might watch some 1/2 time ads if not out Plowing Snow.

I may watch a little of the Superbowl but if I'm inside I'll be LISTENING to the radio. This may have been a slightly different answer if you'd asked about the DAYTONA 500 in two more weeks.
I forgot to add NASCAR to the "Redneck" post earlier...

PACKERS!!!!!....Man I always knew you fellas out east were a little shady but the PACKERS???? I will be on the net for a while but I will probably end up watching the super bowl. Not that I care about either of the teams but its the Suoer Bowl. AMEN Damnyankee.....Sure glad I got a TV, my computer, and my radio setup all with in 7' of each other in my radio room. You shouldnt have needed to put NASCAR in the redneck post.....NASCAR and Redneck is like nerd and pocket protector.....They just belong together!! GO DEI!!!!!!

Morning Lon, had a fun day at the lake yesterday, I will tell you this but don"t tell anyone, it was still dark, I had the poles out, I had the car running and the heater on, and the doors were locked with the automatic door locks, I got a real mad bite on the pole, it really hit the bait, the pole was bent down, and I could not get the car doors open, I was in a panic, turned engine off, didn't turn key off all the way, still could not get out, finally after screaming every word I know including that First Sargant word, I got out , got to the pole , held it, waited, he hit again, hooked him, he was a big one, got him to the water edge, he looked at me and off he went, he got off the hook,

I'll have the radio ON all day, but I'll be in the other room watching the Superbowel ADS. They are worth watching!
As LON said above, he was on 27.115MHz LSB until the late hours last week.
Talk to ya'll during the game, but NOT during the advertisements! |

Snow is great, when I lived in the high Sierra I had to walk to work a lot of times, the snow plows were slow on heavy snow days, |
