Not really, the knobs are somehow extended with rubber tubing is all. Remove that and presto, a normal looking radio.  |

Actually, that's a trucker trick and the knob extenders are sold as such. It makes it much easier to work the knobs when you're bouncing down the road. |

Someone went bezerk with knob extenders.......surprised he didn't put a rubber extender on the channel selector knob too. |
