I have one of these switches and it requires a bump of power from the radio before it will receive when changing from one to the other. Is this normal;or are they supposed to receive on both radios equally well? It's kindof aggrevating especialy when going from one radio to the other using sideband. Thanks for your comments in advance.

i've had one since april 03 and it works the same way as yours. i reckon thats probably normal . i have 2 2950's on it and have some recieve on both at the same time anyway. the key up to change to primary reciever isn't bothersome to me. i'm glad i bought one!

I thought Copper sold these? Or am I wrong? I tried to find them but can't seem to come up with anything. Anybody point me the right way please?

Yes we carry them. They are listed under Antenna Accessories.
