Here's my story - I am running a Cobra 29 NWSTWX in my 97 reg cab, short bed. I had dual 4' FireStik II antennas with a 1:1.2 SWR. The radio runs stock power or so (Echo/Pwr Mic).

Well I dropped down to one of the above mentioned antennas. Now I've taken my toolbox off, and mounted the stud to the bed rail.

I'm looking for a 3' antenna with good rx/tx. So fat I've been looking at the Cobra with the Corona (??) tip, the Wilson Silver Loads, or maybe a Wilson middle load (trucker style).....price is an important issue, so the trucker style is probably a little to expensive.

Thanks!!

Robbie

Good Deal - thats what I've been thinking about :-) I found a local place that sells them for $18. I would buy from Copper, but I don't live around the corner any more :-(
