I have a Cherokee AH-100 hand held AM/SSB radio. What I would like to do is run a KL-40 or KL-60 amp with it because I want to keep the set up compact.,,,,any thoughts? |

You would have to have the dead key turned down, but I would guess it would work. |

You should have No Problem's doing this. I have run the KL-40 with our TRC-222 40 channel Hand Held (1-1/2 to 2 watts)drive with No problem's.
Where the Extendable mast was I replaced that with a BNC Connector and use a BNC to PL259 and run it off the Wilson 1000.
I am not sure what the setup is on the AH-100 but you should be able to do the same thing.
