Hello Members and Tech 808!

Looking for the tune and peak, mods, for this old radio. Saw it in a pawn shop today, got it for $14,... Hey what the heck, it was marked at $40. Anyway, it has USB, LSB.

MODEL # 934.38261800

Serial # stamped of back chasis 000654

Sticker(white one on the back) # A82453

Solid built, no smoker.

Interesting project,...hopefully.
Could use the help.

Thank you

Xlaxx,

Sorry, but for the 38261800 I do not show anything but some of the 3826's used:

AMC ~ Q303
ALC ~ RT402 ~ SSB
AM POWER ~ RT101
ALSO ADJUST: T406 & T408

Sorry not much help.

Ryan,

Not exactly sure on the model above, but most of the 934's had the UPD861 PLL in them.

Just re-visiting this topic,...
See if anyone can tell me of any mods to do.

It has the SM514, something or other PLL in it.

I want to try and get this thing sounding a little bit better.

Thanks

Xlaxx,

There are so many different Model's of the Roadtalker's you need to Post the Model Number on the Back of the Radio for Modification's for that model.

And posting this in the Ask the Tech Area will make it easier to find this question later for help.
