Well everyone I FINALLY got the Picture's and Note's/Information Posted on Grounding your Equipment.

Then click on: INSTALATION's
And Start Reading. 
I have Picture's of our Equipment as well as Picture's of how Everything is Grounded to help explain.
Sometime's it is hard for people New to the Radio World to Understand the term's we use when we try and explain thing's.
