Is this good for 11 meter? or even 10 meter?

52ohm is nominal impedance, as is the 50 ohm rating and may in fact be anywhere from 48 to 54 for a well built one. 50 and 52 ohms are close enough that even if this rating is accurate it will work quite happily.
