Sorry you have problely seen this question 100 times.I was looking into buying a new setup.I know that I will use the wilson 100 mag mount.And was thinking about adding kl-200p amp. What radio would work well with this setup.Im looking to spend $50-$100. We just need 40 ch. Thanks for the help, You guys are great. |

The Cobra 25 and the Cobra 29 are both descent radios for under $100. Drop the carrier back to 1.5-2 watts and you're off and runnin. |

My words exactly Dx431! It's nice running a linear using a 1/2 watt deadkey into it and screaming the rest of the way!!

Trashman, when ordering your new radio tell them what amp you are going to use with it and they will tune it accordingly. And welcome to the forum. |
