Well, the 1st Sargant and I are looking forward to hearing Alan on the April 25th CEF Net. 
With Alsworld BACK you won't be able to take those Sunday 8 hour Naps anymore.  |

Kb i will bring the beef jerky so we can wash it down with the beer. My flight is booked Sunday right after our net. The cheapest flight i could find to get back home is May 15th . I bet Alan wouldnt mind me staying a few weeks or more. Like Jim said he might need to do some dusting off his radio equipment, I can dust off his radios for keeping me for a few weeks. Also Kb pick me up at the airport in time i hate waiting. |

seems like he just left the other day. depending on what he was doing and where he was, it either felt that way to him too or it has felt like he has been gone forever. |

Thanks everyone. I am finally home after three days of travel, on a C-130 at that. Very long days of longer noisy airplane rides but everything went as planned. Spent the first night at a Naval airbase near Tokyo Japan, next night at an Airforce base near Anchorage Alaska, then flew home today. Been unpacking some toys I ordered while gone and trying to stay awake and get back on schedule. And of course, that honey-do list is well written LOL!
Hopefully I will set up the base station this week but the antenna is the only slowdown as I need to erect it much better than I had it prior to me leaving. Need some parts and the weather to cooperate (which it is not). We will get it done somehow and get back on the air very soon as I would like to be back on the CEF NET this coming Sunday if I can. I'll work that issue.
Pretty darn tired now but it sure is nice to be back home.
