The Binghamton Amateur Radio Association will be holding thier annual hamfest Saturday May 1,2004 at Tioga County's Marvin Park Fairgrounds on route 17c just west of Owego New York.Gates open to the public at 8:00 AM and 6:00 AM for vendors.Admission is $5.00 and the tailgating fee is $2.00,indoor tables are available for $10.00.The talk-in will be on the 146.76 repeater.
