Qays Purwinto, AB2SH, just turned 11 year old last March 2004 and got his extra ticket last April 2004. He is a 5th grade student of Central New York Charter School for Math & Science in Syracuse, New York. He got his tech class license last year. Three months later he got his general class license. Three months later he got his amateur extra class license. Total of less than seven months he got all licenses! Find his data at www.qrz.com --> ab2sh. Any youngest amateur extra licensed boy?
