I noticed a "Spell Checker" in my profile options. U also noticed that it doesn't seem to work.

Am I doing something wrong?

It does "work" but not very well. If you have the spell checker box checked on your profile it will check all the words in your post against a list of words in its database. If it finds words that aren't in its database it will highlight them in yellow when you select the "Preview/Post Message" button. The problem is there aren't many words in the database so it finds a lot of supposedly misspelled words. I have been looking for a better database of words but haven't found anything better yet.

I have also noticed that the word "all" shows up as miss-spelled. All? All? it sure isn't a very big database

Amazing as it might seem there are 234937 words in the database. It even includes the word "Zyzzogeton".

Zyzzogeton
Holy crud! It sure does, but not all.
I have never met a person that uses the word Zyzzogeton and not the word all. Who put toguether the database? I would like to talk to him and see how he gets arround with not using that word, also I would like to know how often he uses the word zyzzogeton! BTW isn't there any way to adapt a larger database like, say the MS word database etc.?
