Lon,

We here on the forum are beginning to get the impression that the copper warehouse is a disaster area. Is the health dept. needing to make a visit? Is there an old lady with 150 cats living there too?

Tech833,

DISASTER AREA!

Well actually No everything is stacked and labeled by Part #'s in a Very Neat and Orderly Fashion.

EXCEPT that everything on every shelf is designed for someone UNDER 5' Tall!!!!!!!!! and they leave it sticking out about 2 feet on the Upper Shelves.

I am 6'2" and every time the Forummaster or Paul, Suzanne, Linda & Shirley would walk down an isle, I was constantly writing down notes on everything and the Forummaster would say Heyyyy Lon LOOK at this and I would turn around and BAM I would walk right into it at eye level.

I think after the first several times that they all met in another Isle and made side bets on who could get me to whack my head the most.

I think Paul WON as I was checking something out on the Bottom Shelf on isle 4 and he said how about this I raised up and BAM right between the eyes and then he started laughing and I turned around and BAM again from the Imax 2000's sticking out.

A DOUBLE WAMMY in less than 4 feet.

Heck I thought I was a Space Ship with all the STAR'S I was seeing.

And they all almost passed out from constantly laughing at me!

Forummaster ~ 4'2", Paul ~ 4'2", Suzanne 4'2", Linda 4'2", Shirley 4'2" I think I was the ONLY HEIGHT CHALLENGED person there Except for Chris the Warehouse man and I noticed He had a FANCY OSHA approved COPPER Hard Hat and Glasses and Gloves and Knee pads.

It must be something in the Water Down there that keeps Copper Employees from growing over 5' tall, because I felt like the JOLLY GREEN GIANT, Except that I was Black and Blue!

I am 100% Serious here and the Next time I will take my Hard Hat as my poor Head just cannot take any more Abuse for the Copper Forum Members.

I am still, having Nite Mares about boxes Jumping out and attacking me.

I will say one thing though I did KEEP THEM ALL LAUGHING ALL DAY and PROBABLY they are still laughing about that GIANT from Illinos that keep's coming down to visit them.

HECK the HOOTERS we ate at ACTUALLY had little Step Ladders for them to climb up on the stools for Lunch.

Thats ok though as the Next Visit I am going to tape my head in FOAM SHIPPING MATERIAL before I enter the Warehouse and have my hard hat and glasses on.

Heck by the time I got out of there I know I felt and probably looked like GOOFY from Disneyland.

Heck I am even going to send myself a Sympathy Card to make me feel better.

Oh my god, can't breathe, rotf, lol. Seriously, that post made my day. I hope tech 808 is okay. I'm also 6'2", and I went through the same thing 6 or 7 months ago going through the parts storeroom. This would be a great script for "Attack of the Killer antenna boxes", LOL.
Wolverine.
