Elmira Hamfest (29th annual), by the Amateur Radio Association of the Southern Tier at the Chemung County Fair Grounds, Horseheads, NY. Starts at 8 AM. Free Flea Market. FCC Exams on the grounds. Dealer Displays. Free parking.$6.00 admission.This is one of NY largest fests.with over $5000 in door prizes.Talk-in 147.36 +.Unoffical talk-in 27.585 LSB.
