Well this morning I head what I think is the best excuse for spending time on radios. The older femal ham stated "she'll be on her 2m radio a late for the next few months as winter is here ans she had to use the repeater so that is styaed nice and warm and didnt freeze up". Anyone got a better excuse?? |

Heating oil & natural gas have skyrocketed! So, i also have convinced my wife that a large Amp would cut our heating bills in half....LOL.. And the more i get to talk on my radio, the warmer we will be this winter....LOL JIM/CENTRAL PA/CEF 375

Allagator, Yes, I recieved your first e-mail, then i wrote you another question back, but, haven't recieved anything back yet...LOL... Anyhow, my 2995dx only dead keys up to 80 watts. Is 60-80 watts enough to properly run the KLV 1000P Amp??? Thank You..... JIM/CENTRAL PA/CEF 375 |

Allagator, I'm just going to have my Ranger 2995dx wattage turned down to 2 watts & purchase KLV 1000. That seems like the easiest thing to do. The lowest it will go right now is 3 watts... Thanks... JIM/CENTRAL PA/CEF 375 |
