Well I finally got my new radio,So far I have only used it for one trip in the truck and have got good reports, I have not had it tuned as of yet only opened for 11 meters,What should my tech do to this radio to make it "scream". So far I love it , the backlit faceplate is really nice at night and is not hard on the eyes. But I will let you know how It works once it is tuned.

I just got the radio back from the tech and , WOW , What an amazing radio, Everyone I have talked to says it is VERY loud and clear. It dead keys at 70 and swings over 100 on AM , SSB swings 200+ . I ran it all day in the big truck and not a problem. I am very happy with this radio. Was worth the money. I will try to get some pics of it installed over the weekend and post them |
