What are the Copper Electronics Customer Service Hours?
CUSTOMER SERVICE & SHIPPING HOURS ARE:
MON - FRI 9am - 5pm
CUSTOMER SERVICE Ph: 1-502-988-8500
This means if you make a post asking a Customer Service Question it will not be answered Until Customer Service is OPEN.
If your Question or Post is after 5pm on a Friday your Question will not be Posted or Answered until Monday Morning when Customer Service is open.
Sorry but Copper is not Open 24/7/365
There are several Customer Service Questions in the Que and they will not be Posted until Monday Morning when Customer Service will be able to read them read and answer them for you.
NOTE!
This is also the Christmas Season and orders are 100% Higher so everyone can get things before Christmas and the Customer Service Dept is also helping to process everyones orders so there may be a delay in answering questions that are posted on the Forum but they will get to them a quick as possible,
