I thought you guy's had an "In-house" Tech that did peaks etc. Is this wrong info? Was I misinformed? And if the answer is yes, he does that sort of work, then why doesn't he do repairs? Is he not qualified? Just curious to know. Cause I heard you guy's did. Or has the work been stopped for some reason? You guy's all have the "Tech" before your name, so doesn't make sense to me Sir. Please explain. Thank You.

Texan,

Yes, Copper Electronics does have an In House Tech that is Highly Qualified to do the Tune Up and Conversion Work on the Radios and Products that Copper Sells.

Sorry but Copper Electronics is not a CB or Radio Repair Shop.

Copper Electronics has never done radio repair work as that is Not the line of business they are in.

Tech237 / OR. ~ over 30 years of military and public experience in radios.

Tech291 / OH. ~ Over 32 years experience with radios.

Tech548 / NE ~ Owned own Radio Business over 40 years experience and retired.

Tech833 / CA. ~ Still working and one of the very best in his field in the US.

Tech808 / IL. ~ (me) 40 plus years experience in radios and Retired from owning Radio Shop for over 30+ years.

Tech8541 / NC. ~ One of the most Knowledgeable people in the US and is who Copper Electronics recommends for out of Warranty or Repair Work for the Copper Forum Members.

Why because is is one of the Best in the USA and has the most up to date equipment available.

Do any of us think we Know Everything? NO

Do any of us Work for Copper Electronics? NO

We ALL donate our time to help when and where we can when our time allows us to do so.

Do any of us even live in KY where Copper Electonics is located? NO

Sorry but whoever you got your information from was completely misleading you with false information.
