I loaded QC and when i Press the Icon A little blue screen comes on with Morse code sound .But thats it wont work.I have QC 3.0 and 2000XP.Why is this not working anyone have the same problem if so can you help me.I am ready to Burn this Disk LOL.Why are these things not easier

Not working it loads up .But stops and asks me if iam connected to the Internet for initial set which iam.Than it asks me for a initialization code and Serial# for which i dont have.So i e-Mailed them 2 days ago i did not get info yet.Did anyone have same problem and if so how long did it take to get an E-Mail return from them.Thanks Jimmy |

If you call them they will give it to you over the phone.
It took me about two minutes for the them to give it to me when I called, so it should just be a matter of going to their site getting the number and giving them a call.
