Yes i recently acquired a blj 400a amp does anyone know the manufacturer of this and also the output it has 1 23js6 driving 4 any info would be greatly appreciated thnx much.

Junglejim, those BLJ's have been around a long time. I'm sure the company is out of business like all the old makes of tube type CB amps. I believe they were made in Oklahoma. I had one probably 10 years ago, one feature I liked about the one I had, it had a small flip switch that would cut off the driver tube, you could run a higher output radio just into the finals. With the driver off it should handle 50-100 watts pep. One of them would be good with these new Magnums with the topgun modulator, or these radios with built on amps. It should do 400-500 watts pep. scrapiron
