Just wanted to say hello to everyone and introduce myself. Like many of you I started DX'ing when I was young. In 1972 I had a regency imperial am/ssb tube set and a set of 3element astro beems with a super-mag for a stand-by had lots of fun! Thanks to Lon(TECH 808) He rebuilt a wonderful tram d-201a for me, I love it! also went crazy and ordered a rci 2995dx from copper as well.Anyway thanks for letting me ramble and looking forward in making cef contacts soon. Thanks again to Lon for all your help |

Glad to have you on the Copper Forum and as a CEF Radio Club Member. 
I hope to have conditions soon so I can talk with you and hear that TRAM I spent a few months working on.
You have a VERY RARE 100% Stock Excellent Shape / Condition Tram D201A that you can be VERY PROUD of and you will also like your  2995DX.

Doubt we'll ever get a QSO since I can't seem to recall ever hearing a station out of Georgia here in the foot hills, but maybe one of these days some short skip conditions will allow it. Maybe I'll at least get to hear other CEF members calling for you and making the contact.
