Hoilday wishes to all from "575". I live in SE Ohio, and will be traveling from Ohio to Tampa Bay area on Christmas Day. Along with the travel(Ch-19) channel, I will be monitoring 27.525AM the old "CJ"er's home channel. I will be leaving Ohio approx 12noon on the 25th. I will be mainly on RT 77 south till I reach Florida. Would LOVE to hear and make contact with some of Copper Forum users.
I'll have my family with me and my 13 yr old son will be logging all contacts I make as we travel. I would find it fun to hear from some of you, maybe trying out that new present from Copper's on Christmas day? I am running a Galaxy DX66V in my mobile, this is my wifes van and she only does AM. So if you'd like to try to get you name in my travel log, hopefully to be posted on Coppers DX forum upon my return home. Give my a call on 27.525AM. My Call is #5 or #575 portable also know as OHIOBIKER on many web sites. One note I will respond to other mobile units 1st. This is as I do from my home base to acknowledge those who have great moblie transceivers. There is no thrill in the world like making DX contacts from a mobile, except the sound of my Ultra Classic Harley on a hot summer night might compare...LOL.

lissen for me on ch 20 @ 6-7am along with HARRY( the fireman )and darol we are there every weekday.
O by the way US 19 is VERY UNSAFE so be carefull
