I have a Uniden chassis 'President HR2510' 10-meter radio, I have had it about 5 years but never hardly used it.. about a week ago I took it out to check the bands and I found my disply is messed up! The "meter part" is gone and the freq display only has a few segments lit. Does anyone know of a source to purchase parts for these? I love the radio and it still works fine (TX and RX)... I just don't think using it with a freq-counter is a cool way to have to operate!!
I wrote Uniden and they haven't responded yet.

Thanks for trying.. I might have a problem getting this part.. Uniden wrote back and said the part was no longer being manufactured... and I thought the HR2510 was popular??? LOL

Phil,

No. They don't make it anymore and forget about E-Mailing them (Uniden/President) because they have never returned my mail. You may be able to salvage some parts from a TS5010 or a HR2600 or a President Lincoln, or find a junker on E-bay or something. You can't have mine! :)

Tech307 had some HR2510 parts, check with him he may have some left.
