Could it have been Copper Forum member Viper_gts/Arron from Thomasvile, GA.?

I restored/rebuilt his back in 2003 or 2004.

yes it was Arron in thomasville
he has been off the air for some time
but said to tell you howdy!!!!
he still has that old Tram and wont part
with it
