What is the difference between the two, and what is a reasonable price for them used in good condition? Thanks and 73,

150.00 is about the going price for a used 2510 or quarter dime radio called around here. same with the 2600 if it has the chipswitch in it!! the 2600 model cant be changed as easily as the 2510 can. it needs to have a 64 pin ic chip soldered in!! keep that in mind and good luck. ps either of these radios rule as i have both!!

i have a 2600 and like it alot. Be forewared though, "HonkyTonkMan593" is right on the money about the 2600 not being as easy to convert as the 2510. If you buy a 2600 MAKE DAMN SURE the radio has the chipswitch!!!!!! Overall the 2600 is a sweet radio on TX and RX!!!!!!!!!

I also have both radios (2510&2600) they both have the chipswitch installed and heavy finals. They are awesome DX radios,I have had 2 2950DXs and there is no comparison.
